It's a '04 Ranger

Quick and easy.... in order
Marine Tex... check online for usage tips...
You could also sand it down a bit and use gelcoat but that is not something I have done. This is a more cosmetic option but honestly Marinetex is not bad at all since you are covering white.

EZPZ. Fiberglass repair kit at Home Depot or Lowes. A few bucks and a few hours and your good.
I would rather jog home from my own Vasectomy than spend Saturday at the mall.

Call Ranger with your hull# and they will ship you the correct color repair for your boat. It costs a little more but it is worth it.
