you have your facts all jacked up, it was actualy 23.01lbs and was caught this mornig at Modesto reservoir. Supposidly she was caught on a toy 16" rubber rattlesnake. Look out ToysR'U

I heard it was on Pedro and it was actually closer to 24. Supposedly caught on a double-wide snag proof frog.
