We lost a friend last night

It's with great sadness that I must report the loss of one of the cornerstones of Nor-Cal Bass. Diana Wilson passed away last night August 3, 2014. Diana was a wonderful friend and champion of tournament bass fishing. She was there for all of us that love the sport of bass fishing. Please stop for a moment and remember her and say a prayer for Ron and her family. Diana we love and miss you.

That is heartbreaking, Diana was awesome to all of us anglers and always there to help, she will be sorely missed, my prayers go out to her family and friends.

To my friends at Nor-Cal Bass; My prayers are with you all because Diane is family to anyone and everyone who ever fished a Nor-Cal Bass event. She would always have a smile and a hug and words of encouragement for us at each and every tournament sign in.
Ron my heart and prayers go out to you and the family, but I know this much; our mom passed last August and I promise you she will be at the gates with a big smile and hug and will take care of Diane just like Diane did for all of us each time we saw her, mom will talk her ear off but she will show her the way!

The Azevedo brothers and family appreciated and will always have great respect and gratitude for Diane Wilson , we will miss her forever!

We are so sad to hear this terrible news. We always loved Diana's visits when Nor-Cal would come to Melones. She was funny and sweet, and a great, enthusiastic supporter of the sport. Our condolences to Ron and the family, from Melanie and Dan, and everyone at Glory Hole Sports.

Tim I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Diana Wilson. She has been such a huge part of the Triton Owners Tournament for the past several years with the Nor Cal crew helping put that event on. My thoughts and prayers go out to Ron and her family. Diana worked so hard to make the tournaments go good and everyone have a good time.

Diane was the person who was always there to help. Nor Cal, Bass'n, Gals, Take a Kid Fishing and who knows what all. She will be missed by all. I don't know of another person who worked as hard as she did for bass fishing.
