2011 Ranger Z521 with Evinrude E-tec 250

I am selling a 2011 Z521 Ranger Bass Boat equipped with an Evinrude E-Tec 250 HO. The boat has been garage kept and wiped and cleaned after every use 9/10. The features of the boat are as follows: Ranger Touring Package, Minn Kota 101 36v trolling motor, Hamby Keel protector, Raker II 26p stainless prop, Oxygentor live well, Lowrance HDS 8 with down and side scan mounted in counsel, Lowramce HDS 7 on the bow, Dual counsel, Deluxe Ranger cover, dual axle trailer with "NEW" master cylinder and hub, rotors, and calipers, 8" Atlas Hydraulic jack plate with digital gauge, Blinker trim controls, tilt steering wheel, Custom Ranger factory Hydraulic steering lines routed outside of main wiring for cleaner setup. Carpet and seats are in excellent condition no stains or tears 9.5/10. The Evinrude E-tec 250 HO has 250 hours on motor and i have the print out from the dealership(Cabelas in Pheonix) to prove. I live in Las Vegas. Selling because I have ordered new boat, I am not a touring pro. I am asking $38,500 this is $4000 below book and is what dealership offered me as trade in. Figured I would help out fisherman if they want a sweet boat and deal.Thanks
