Tackle Shop for sale

Hey guys,
Just wanted to let you know that Last Chance Bait & Tackle is for sale. Lots of family matters I need to take care of and we are needing to move back east. If you guys are unfamiliar with Last Chance, we are in Hemet, 4 miles from Diamond Valley and the only tackle store in town. We have been in business for 10 years and are not needing to sell but wanting to sell, if you know what I mean. If you are interested(seriously) let me know.

What a shame. I hope everything is ok for you and the family. Your shop was a real nice place and will be sorely missed. What state are you relocating? Best of luck!

Will be relocating to Missouri. It is a great shop(I could be a little biased) and Karl and I have worked really hard to make it what it is, but family comes first and you have to do what you have to do. California is a great state but it may be time to move elsewhere. You and your brother are great people and we certainly appreciate you guys.
