Mercury Marine Tempest Plus 25P

I have a used, but in excellent condition Mercury Marine Tempest Plus 48-825866 25P propeller. It came off of my Yamaha 150, but I got a different motor and another prop so I don't need this one. Doesn't come with a hub kit. $300.00 obo

Since it came off a Yamaha, do you know how much it would cost for hub kit to go onto a
Yamaha 250?

Does it need any work at all...
