2002 Mercury Optimax 225 for sale

I recently upgraded my motor and am selling my 2002 Mercury Optimax 225. It has a new lower unit (replaced within past year) and 780 hours. A small crack was repaired about a year ago where one of the bolts holding the block together goes in. It has been a great, reliable motor. There are no oil leaks and it runs like a champ. I just had a compression test done and the results are :
cylinder #1 100
#2 100
#3 105
#4 107
#5 100
#6 105
The motor is currently at my mechanic's shop in Antioch and he has all my service records as well. Asking $4500 OBO
