Trolling motor repair guy in Ventura or SFV?

Post by Joey805 »

Does anyone know of a trolling motor repair guy in Ventura County or SFV? I got a fortrex 101 that is squeaking like crazy when raise and lower it. Tried lubing everything I could find that could possibly cause it but no luck, so I think I need a pro.

I remember a guy named Scott from back in the day who was really good but every number I've found for him no longer works. His website is also gone.

Thanks

I ran across their site while searching around. I was just hoping for someone a little closer. They are about 2.5-3 hours from me it looks like.

Thank you for this. I just spoke with him. Surprisingly, he lives in the same town as me about 2 miles away. He's going to check out my motor on Monday.
