Contact Dan at Reel-Ex.com. He does great work, and in a timely manner (96 hour turnaround).

He does Shimano, Lew's and Revos too. You won't be disappointed.

Call Dan at Reelex. You WILL NOT find a better reel service. I have a very high expectation for customer service and Dan has far exceeded it both times he's serviced my reels. He has serviced 14 of my Shimano baitcasters on 2 separate occasions. Not only does Dan do an outstanding job, he goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of and are happy. Just recently, I needed a service and Abec bearings in 6 of my reels. Dan put me on a reservation list for the Abec 9 bearings and he held his word. As soon as a shipment of bearings came in, he emailed me immediately. I sent him the reels and had them back in the 96 hour time frame. From the reel cleaning/ tuning to the phone conversations I've had with him regarding my reels, I honestly cannot say enough good things about Dan and ReelEx. I copied the link below and phone number from his website. Call him, I guarantee you'll be a happy customer.

On a side note, last year during the fires near Clear Lake, Dan was evacuated. He had my reels and one other customers reels at the time. Dan went above and beyond and made sure he grabbed our reels on the way out instead of leaving them behind to possibly burn up in the fire. If that's not top notch customer, I don't know what is.

Thanks for the referrals fellas. I'd love to assist you sir, however all reels must be shipped in for service as I no longer allow reels to be dropped off at any of the local tackle stores, and I'm just way too busy to pick-up. I never know from one day to the next where I might end up, and you'll get quicker "for sure" service through US Postal Service.

Please see www.reel-ex.com for instructions and feel free to call should you have any questions. Thank you again.
