It's what all water districts think. I'm surprised that they were brazen enough to put it on a billboard since they have been lying about their intentions for years now. Disgusting.........

In California we rob water from native fish and wildlife to grow nuts to send to foreign countries while our politicians skirt around laws enacted years ago to protect our water ,fish , and wildlife .
At the same time California is importing nuts unchecked from south of the border while our politicians skirt around laws enacted years ago to protect it's citizens from any bad nuts getting in .
