Fisherman captures scene of capsized boat at Grand River dam, 3 rescued

A fishing boat carrying three men capsized in Grand Rapids on Wednesday, March 28, 2018. All three men were rescued by fisherman Dustin Lehnert who responded to the scene in his boat.
