Dad's first double digit largeouth

Post by Lodi bass »

We were planning on going to new melones but got a late start so decided to go somewhere a little closer. A lake not really known for big fish but it was the right choice. On the second spot we tried he hooked her. She took a dropshot with a morning dawn 6inch Roboworm in 25 feet of water. Right where the big post spawn females should be, the first hard structure outside a spawning flat. She was right at 10 pounds, being spawned out she is probably the lightest she will be all year.
