CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) -
A lawsuit filed in July in Charleston County states that former Panthers fullback Mike Tolbert and the promoters of a Lowcountry charity fishing tournament didn't pay out the prize money to the winners...

...According to the suit, the advertised prize money included $30,000 for first place, $15,000 for second place, $10,000 for third place and varying amounts all the way down to ninth place in the tournament. The anglers say they entered into a binding contract by paying the entry fee to be entitled to their winnings...
