While other kids watched cartoons, my brother and I were obsessed with watching The Bassmasters. When I watch this intro, I think back to those days when I was 6 and dreaming of one day being a Bassmaster! I am blessed and humbled to now be living my childhood dream. Chase Anderson, the new owner of B.A.S.S., has a great vision for the future and has already done some great things (in short notice) during this crazy time in the bass fishing world. I’m looking forward to a great 2019 Elite Series season! Bassmaster

I’m not biting. I worked my *** off to get here, and I will stand by the organization that provides a fair platform for all ages and skill levels. From the Bass Nation, High School, College, Team, and Open levels, I hope the fishing community realizes that the Bassmaster Elite Series and the Bassmaster Classic are goals worth setting, and goals worth reaching. It’s up to you to get there and find partners along the way. The harder YOU work, the more YOU are rewarded. There’s times in life where someone comes to a crossroads....no one road is right for everyone at the same time in life...when I was 9 years old I thought everyday about winning a Bass Masters Classic and fishing the Elite Series and two years ago I finally qualified to start fulfilling my dream. I have prayed along with my wife for 2 weeks about where God wanted me to continue my passion and I am so thankful for every avenue that has provided me an opportunity to be where I am today. Although I am extremely thankful and humbled for the invitation to join the BPT and Major League Fishing, as of now I need to do what is best for my family and finish what I started on the Bass Master Elite Series. I have unfinished business on the Elites and I look forward to many years in this sport and can’t wait to see what unfolds in the future. To my family, friends, sponsors and fans thank you so much for an incredible 2018 and for being with me on this journey! .
