My buddy has a Mercury 150 XR? motor, it is somewhere between '89-'91
it lost compression in 2cylinders, don't remember which ones off hand, he chose to repower with new ProXS last year, he wants $400 for it including cowling which are in great shape.

There are no holes, I believe it lost the rings in 2 cylinders and scored them pretty bad.
