Spokane Bass Club End of the Year Awards

Post by ttb31183 »

The 2018 season is a wrap. The Spokane Bass Club just completed the 6th season of existence and awards ceremony. The top three anglers all had great seasons and were awarded trophies for their accomplishments during the year.

Winning the AOY title in a runaway was Chase Heaton. He won 3 of the 8 events and won by nearly 20 points. He also won the award for the biggest smallmouth of the year, a 5.49lb fish he caught at the last event of the year.

Finishing second was Darren Tabor who had a very consistent year. He finished in the Top 5 in five of the events during the season.

In third place was Lee Anderson who fished as a non-boater all year. He had a 2nd and 3rd place finish during the year and was the club's top non-boater.

Our new season kicks off in April.

Our club has around 50-60 members each year. The Spokane metro area is around 500k but that includes a bunch of smaller cities and into Idaho. Check out spokanebassclub.com for our results and some of the places we fish.

I really love the wooden customized plaques. Great creativity there. It's a real keepsake.
