elite7ti2 map card

bought a new lite 7 for myself for christmas, but im having an issue with the navionics card that came with it, it seems that the msd card is shipped blank and you have to go onto navionics.com to download a card update to make it work, i seem to keep getting stuck on the log in page it keeps telling me that my email address or password is wrong.i cant seem to get any help from navionics support, they seem to be gone until jan. 2

Create a account on Navionics.com
Using Google Chrome (very important) then install the chart installer and you should good to go by choosing the region you want to cover and enable: nautical chart, sonarchart and everything should be fine

Well that’s the problem now isn’t it? I can’t seem to get past proving I’m not a bot to Navionics bots to create an account now can I? And once I’ve identified a hundred busses and a thousand street signs it tells me my email address is invalid because, guess what I’ve already got an account on another device for a boat us app on my phone!
