Lake Insight Card Needed

Hi Guys
Bought a HDS 5" Gen 2 from a guy on the Classifieds, he told me the unit was new unopened... Come to find out the card that it came with was missing. Trying to find the card needed to purchase. If anyone can help that would be great.
