California Swimbait Trail Melones

November 9th 2019 at New Melones California Swimbait Trail will be holding an open Swimbait only event capped at 75 teams. Only Swimbaits soft, hard or jointed, Glide baits, top water walking baits or prop and wake baits 6” or larger will be allowed. Wake baits must be 6” excluding the tail (rat style baits). Soft baits (no worms, senkos or swiming worms) must be labeled as 6” as well as measure 6” in its natural position before rigging. Baits may be rigged on weed less Swimbait hooks (with or without and under spin) or standard jig head hooks only. No Chatter baits, spinner baits or Alabama rigs. You may use a double Swimbait rig without the assistance of wire. 3 fish limit. Pay out based on full field
