Selling my ranger 393V Comanche , boats 19’3” always been a delta and clear lake boat handles rough water great . Has mercury EFI 200 new power head only has about 250 hours on it and lost #4 cylinder could be bored or sleeved . Compression was checked 6 weeks before Motor went out had 120 on all 6 cylinders . I just redid the carpet 4 months ago , added 8 inch jack plate . Has 45” fortrex 80lb recesses trolling pan . I fully built a custom aluminum plate flipping deck accord the whole front and added a rod locker in the middle holds 12 spinning rods or 24 bait casting rods up to 8’6”. Has brand new Merc controls dual axle trailer has new lower SEI unit only 4 months old ,Was going to have motor rebuilt but came across a deal on a newer boat need to make room in the garage . Boat does 70 with two people tourney load at 5,800 with three blade 26 and 67 with 4 blade boat pops right out of the water on plane . Looking to get 3k no haggling won’t find another hull like this one . Don’t want to part out
