No I spoke with Phoenix Guy. It's not a scam, he is outta town until Saturday for work. He sent me lots of extra pics, hours on the motor, and a compression reading all from Monday. Everything is good, I would've been buying the boat but this covid 19 scare shut down my work so unfortunately my financial situation is unstable. Someone will get a really nice boat.
