Lake McClure

Post by Javelin Jim »

I heard a rumor that McClure is closed due to the Coronavirus. I tried calling them and left a message but haven't received a return call from them yet, I am just trying to confirm if the rumor is true or false. I had planned on going there tomorrow. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and have a great day!

McClure and McSwain closed for day use. Says they’ll let you in if you have a houseboat To get to or have existing trailer camping reservations.

Hey jiggin4bass......can you recommend a way out to Eastman/Hensley from 99 that doesn't involve axle break avenue ?
( avenue 26.....that thing really needs some work imo)

Is Ave 20 1/2 / Ave 21 and up Ave 28/1/2 in better condition / a better option ? Any help would be appreciated....I like Eastman, but Ave 26 has already cost me some $$$.

Thanks

Road 26 turn right on Raymond road follow it up to Hensley/Eastman road sign
Turn left over roller coaster hills it a nice road than 26
I'm going half days to both lake tomorrow and fri. I have 3 new colors im working on so a little R&D will be good.
It a really tuff job but somebody got to do it
