Boatmasters in Livermore
They won’t fill your jugs but offer a 2 1/2 gallon container that they will fill with which ever one you want at the bulk price. They do charge for the container but it’s the best bang for your buck. Call ahead of time pay over the phone and they will set it outside for you.
The guys are great

Second Boatmasters. Not sure of only using their container is something new, but I've always brought my own empty oil container. Last time was probably Nov/Dec. My container is an old oil container FWIW.

Don’t know if Duane is open but D&R Marine in Rodeo will fill your jug. Good luck!

In the past Boatmasters has always filled my 2.5 gallon container but that was before Covid19. Not sure how they do it now?
