Any Word of Opening Fishing in The Central Valley?

With the amount of ramp traffic on Shasta last weekend it is obvious a lot of fishing locations are closed. Any hope of things relaxing throughout the state?

Georgia is opening up there state on Friday.business will also open.Maybe Demacrook alley will follow.Sorry i mean Taxafornia
