I just completed this survey. You have to select three options for destroying Franks and Little Franks Tracks or/and at the end, you can choose to not do any of these. You have to place a pin on each area they are considering. You need to scroll down to see the selections. This is another water grab from the south. Please do this survey. Your vote is needed if you love the Delta.
