Suggestion Needed

Hi guys, I don't know if this post belongs here, If the thread needs to be moved, please do and I apologize for my mistake.
I am suffering from a serious problem . I am hoping for your advice from your experience. I have accumulated a lot of algae under my swimming pool. I can't clean it completely with a vacuum cleaner . I got an article online (FYR here the article link).
Do you have any suggestions on whether my swimming pool will be completely clean as stated in this article?
Or may I try any other way?
