Fish finder with side view recoemendation

Post by bustout »

Hi everyone
I’m looking to add a fish finder with side view for up front.
Which is better ? Garmin73sv. Or Lowrance hook2 tripleshot?

Thanks

up front on the trolling motor or on the stern? I ask because the different units might match up better to different trolling motors if I'm not mistaken.

No need for SI on the trolling motor. But sure would be nice to have a Livescope up there.
I actually had a triple shot at the helm on my last boat and it was a pretty good unit. Cheap and easy to install. If you're going with the Lowrance up front go with a split shot and a map card.
