What a couple of low lifes. And wearing a Triton shirt what slap in the face for Triton. I wonder if the courts will make them pay back the money and return the boat, or ban them for a few years like most do.Just my $.02.

That's not just cheating.. that's grand larceny and I hope the indictments mean jailtime. Scumbags.

Two freakin jackasses, it's horrible that my state's name had to be tangled with these two idiots, although it had been done before in a tournament on the Ohio River. There's plenty of great fish in those waters and I'm just glad they got caught!! They'll see some jail-time, Kentucky has some serious anglers and they won't take it lightly!

Dosn't it make you wonder how many do this kind of stuff and dont get caught. I was in a T.O.C at Clear lake years back and a bunch of fish were found caged and tied up to some docks. Instead of keeping it quiet so the fish could be staked out the guy that found them told everyone, so who ever put them there knew not to go back.

I was fishing the Delta, for fun, several years back. The wind was blowing pretty good, so I was sticking to the protection of the docks in Holland. Some guy, kicking back on his patio boat, asked if I was in a tournament. After telling him 'no' he went on to tell me that he keeps a 55 gallon drum on board, that he keeps filled with bass to sell to the tournament guys. I guess he was hoping that I was a buyer. I don't know whether anyone ever actually bought fish from him, but it has to make you wonder.

Thats interesting about the guy at the delta selling fish out of a drum. I believe thats illegall to do without some kind of liscense or illegal period with live game fish. I know its illegal to transport bass and other game fish. we should do some homework on this guy on the dock to see just what is really going on. As far as the guys in Kentucky. Man, no words I can say on this forum as to how I really feel I just hope they cell up with Bubba

If people would just fish for fun for themselfs there would be no worry.Tournaments should have a mandtory liars test.I couldn't believe the cheating even at the club level with no money envolved, just braggin rights!Thats why I quit and just fish for fun.Even the big dogs whom we all watch when were not out fishing get cought,DQed.It would be super duper interesting to have a test before the tourneys in say 07 and ask the question ''Have you ever cheated in any way or form in past events.''I'd love to see that be public record! And show a list of people that refuse.Fun fishing= more and bigger fish.

Shawn, chances are you have come closer to the truth of the matter than you might think..Personally I have never cheated during a tournament or at any other time, although I have, more than once, been offered the opportunity..I think, and honestly believe 99% of tournament anglers are honest..It might even be higher in reality..But what ever percentage is not honest can sure ruin it for everyone else..
