NEED HELP PLEASE!! WILL 721 FIT INTO 19X19 GARAGE** IT FITS EASILY**

Post by Pepsi man »

I just recently sold my old boat and my dealer has a 2021 phoenix 721 pro xp available from a order bailout. I've looked at a few and took measurements and...it looks like it will fit but need to be certain. I have a 19x19 garage with a 16ft door. Boat has manual jack plate and mercury pro xs. For the phoenix owners what size is your garage that your puttin that bird in? I'm so ready to buy it but it needs to fit. Please help!

You need to know over all length including trailer and engine down + prop. Phoenix 721 is 20’11” boat with jack plate, engine or trailer. Look up how to calculate triangle.
Remember the19’6” length is door closed.

19'-0 is not a very deep garage.
Corner to corner = 26'-10
Boat on trailer is 8'-0 wide ( half = 4'-0 )
With tongue folded length needs to be less than 23'-0

Highly doubt your going to fit a 21' boat

Thanks for the insight! I'll be moving into new property in about 6 months and we will have a 35x40 work garage. I actually just bought the boat today and will pick it up next Saturday. I will definitely still give it a shot in my current garage but if that doesn't work out, my dad is more than ok with me storing my boat there for now. He has a 24x24 with one section extending to 26'. Just gonna add 20 minutes one way to my day but oh well...I can live with that. I'm super stoked about the new Phoenix 721 pro xp and can't wait to get it on the water! Tight lines!

Thanks!!! Picking up the boat tomorrow morning and will give an update. I really really hope it fits so I can load with tackle and rods night before tournament morning, but if it doesn't so be it. Hope this will help someone in same the same situation.

Just incase anyone else is in the same situation...it fits with inches on either side. Just use 2 wheel dollies in the front axle and its not that hard to move around.
