HELP…. WTB a project boat!!

Post by TMURRELL18 »

Hey guys,

I’m looking to purchasing an older bass boat as a
project boat. Want something that holds a minimum of a 175 hp. I am looking to spend $8,000-$10,000. Please reach out to me.

Thank you guys.

I have a 94 nitro 190DC but it’s got a XR6 150 on it rated for 185. I know it’s not exactly what you want but it needs a bit of work and tlc. Runs good and I fish out of it rn.
Thanks Ben

I have a 1998 Ranger 518DVS with 200 Mercury EFI (650 hours). Serviced recently by Boat Masters. Runs strong. I bought the boat in 2001 (second owner) and it has been my tournament boat for 20 years. This is a great boat and would be a perfect boat to build up with new technology (graphs, TM, power poles, etc.) Garage kept most of its life and then stored at Russo's. I was asking $12k, but would be willing to sell it for 10k. I bought a Phoenix so it is time to finally sell my Ranger. Could be great project boat. Great hull. Text me if interested.
