Has the water level come up at Clear Lake

I know we all had a few days of good rain and I suspect the water level at Clear lake has risen but I can't tell? Also I don't know how to read the data from the link posted here for Rumsey, maybe it's me but its confusing.

So can someone who lives at the lake tell me what (if any) impact the weekend storm had and any ramps are better, ??

Its come up from -2.30 to-1.55
so almost 1 foot,but creeks are all flowing which they never did last year.Most years once the creeks start they dont stop flowing.
