Johnny Morris donates $1.5 million

USFWS Fisheries reports that Johnny Morris, the founder of Bass Pro Shops made a generous donation of more than $1,500,000 to the National Fish Habitat Partnership Program at the U.S. Open Bass Fishing Championship in Missouri this month at Table Rock Lake.

right on but dang thats a werid check, and 40 cents lol... wonder why he didnt cut em a nice round even number there must be something to that random total...

I believe that total is the net proceeds of the Bass Pro Shops US amateur open! That is the amount raised for the cause and since Johnny Morris is the founder of BPS he cut the check!

He declined the round up option at the sales terminal when checking out......
