Alright I made a rookie mistake and didn’t take a picture before dismantling my navigation light switch on my bow. Can someone please guide me in where the green wire, orange wire, and black wire go. See pic**

Not familiar with your boat but see if you can find manufacturer info on the switch such a make and model # and look online for an electrical diagram of the switch
Most likely its probably a single pole ,double throw , switch with a center "OFF" position .
should be labeled on the front side of the switch "Navigation" and "Anchor" positions
