Lowrance structure sonar shadow

I’m having an issue with shadowing on my hds 12 live. I’m running a puck style through hull transducer on the rear of my bass boat along with an external 3:1 transducer. When I run sonar with structure overlay, i get a shadow from the structure scan that doesn’t match up exactly with the sonar. I know both transducers arent mounted exactly next to each other, but is this correctable?
