Tiki Lagoon launch?

Post by fastfiat »

Anyone launch at Tiki lately. How was it? Haven't been there in a couple years and it was getting pretty bad then.

When I used it last year it was still pretty bad at low tide. No envelopes for the iron ranger either.

The Whiskey Slough launch is in good shape it's $15. The only thing is it's only open to the public Monday-Thursday. I've never been a big fan of the Tiki Lagun launch.

That would be a negative on Whisky. Been completely closed to the public since late last year. Called this morning to confirm. She said closed indefinitely. Was my go to when Tiki got so bad.

I store my boat at Whiskey. The road out to Tiki is pretty rugged too.

Lucky uou. Don't know why they closed the ramp to the public but it sucks if you want easy access to milderds. Guess Ladd' s is the best option now.

I'm not sure how luck I am, I get to pay them. the reason they closed the ramp is because the storage facility is completely full and so many boats need launching by Whiskey Slough employees, the ramp and parking lot get choked up with traffic when the public is allowed to launch.
