2003 Skeeter ZX 200 Yamaha 200 vmax Hpdi price drop

comes with 112 ultrex, two hummin bird 998c and 1118c., Atlas Manual Jack Plate. Motor is running but is bogging and tops out at 45mph, lost one compression to one of the cylinders, comes with a roll of carpet for the back deck. Picked up a new boat, need space
