Ordered a few items on a gift card From BPS, 4 small items, its been 9 days now and my order tracking number stopped updating, said there was an exception, from Stockton to Sacramento ( Weather Delay)
called bass pro shops customer service and was told it will get to me but they have no idea when.
The person on the phone was very rude. I guess they cant send a package in the mail or correct the purchase.
inefficient logistics to say the least.

Bass Pro Shop is the Walmart of the sporting goods stores, If you want Customer Service, do NOT shop there. Just saying. I cringe when I get a gift card for gift. I’ll use to stock up (in store only) on hooks..
