We’re keeping up with past US Open Champions all month leading up to the October event. This week we hang out with 3-time US Open Champion & Hall of Fame angler MIKE FOLKESTAD, making a comeback at 82 to compete this year to see if he can make it 4. It’s been several years since Mike has fished the event but he had a great career on Lake Mojave & will be inducted into the inaugural WON Bass Hall of Fame during this year’s event.
The final MLF Bass Pro Tour hits the water this weekend on Mille Lacs Lake for the final stop & JACOB WHEELER takes a large lead into the final event in the Angler of the Year race. Many anglers are trying to get into the Redcrest Championship next March & few are battling to stay on the Bass Pro Tour next season. Live coverage throughout the weekend & next week.
