Russell Marine Products is a growing e-commerce and retail business located in Eldorado Kansas. We are actively seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager. We are seeking an individual that takes ownership of their role and department while working closely with senior management to accomplish goals and help to continue growth.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations and customer service contact. These operations include shipping, inventory control, and staff management, customer return request, and customer shipment inquiries. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment in the warehouse, and providing excellent customer service in dealing with post sale order issues.
Responsibilities
Track and manage inventory
Inspect warehouse and keep the warehouse clean and safe
Manage warehouse staff
Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes
Ensure packages are picked and shipped in a very timely manner
Ensure all packages are properly protected to avoid potential damage
Manage customer service contact
Manage incoming RMA/Returns
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 5 years' of warehouse/shipping and receiving experience
Minimum of 3 years warehouse management experience
Proficient with Google documents and sheets
General Computer proficiency
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Experience with IOS operating systems a plus
Experience with SkuVault, ShipStation, and Inventory Source a plus
Customer Service experience a plus
Salary will be $50-$60k +medical benefit. Salary will be based on experience with potential for annual bonuses.
