The guy has every right to ask/sell his boat at any price he wanted. A buyer has every right to negotiate, buy or no buy. In the case of a classic car. The seller can list high for room to negotiate the price down. Just my thought.

I used to own a 492. That is one of the nicest models Ranger ever made. If you update the trolling motor and the electronics, that will be one sweet rig. Good luck with the sale.

I just checked the latest Bass Pro catalog and a NEW Ranger starts at $89,995, or a 55th anniversary one is $109,995. The buyer got a cherry boat any will enjoy it!

It doesn’t matter how cherry something is , age degrades and those boats don’t have any of the amenities that a new boat has . So instead of spouting off why don’t you disclose the sale price .
