Trolling motor upgrade

Looking to finally upgrade my trolling motor. Looking at specifically the Garmin, Lowrance, or Ultrex but probably leaning toward the Garmin as of now. I’ve read a few horror stories about all of them. Anybody out there recommend one over the other and why?

Whatever you choose make sure it’s compatible with your sonar units or sonar units you plan to upgrade. The new TM’s are brushless motors and require 24V to 36V DC to perform so new batteries should be factored into the purchase.
Most problems are associated to spot lock with built in GPS conflicting with your sonar unit GPS puck being too close proximity, the motors have been excellent.
