Seriously, it’s $8,000 less than a post below for a 2003 18.5 foot Ranger with a 175 hp motor!

I feel your pain bro but I wanted to say, maybe take some new pics when the carpet isn't wet. That wet carpet really doesn't do your boat justice.
I'm not tryin to be a d!ck but there's a 2002 Viper Cobra, 20ft, 225hp with:
a newer Lower Unit, an Ultrex, 2 12ft Talons, a 12" and 5" graph on the console with a Helix 7 and Garmin 106SV with Panoptics on the bow, a dual graph stand and a recessed foot tray for the trolling motor.
And that's not selling for 18k$. I'm not saying your boat isn't worth 15k$ especially with the lower hours on your motor but people are broke right now and if people are going to be spending 15k$ or more, well I know for myself I want a turn key boat ready for "Tournaments" with everything that Cobra has on it.
Your boat would need 6k$ or more in "Used" accessories to catch up to that 02 Cobra. I know because I upgraded my 1988 Ranger/1998 Motor to everything that Cobra has on it for about 7500$ in used accs and I can't sell mine for 10k$ when I have 7500$ in just accessories on it. I have a 2 year old lower end, rebuilt upper motor, new boat wiring, new fuse panel, new control assy, all lithiums for trolling motor and graphs, new steering cables etc...Its tough out there right now.
Someone will snag your boat though, If I sell mine I'll come take a look at yours.
