Hi Mark. This is Mike Robinett. I ordered some of your jigs earlier in the year. Could I place another order for the same ones you sent then? Thanks, Mike.

Hi Jim, the last time I ordered I sent a check from Dusty's garage doors. See if that shows up in your files. I will look for your invoice when I get home today. I'm having trouble responding to your post.

First off @ jiggin4bass, your jigs are amazing and you’re very talented at what you do. I’d love to get my hands on some to fish but, unfortunately im not part of your elite clientele list so, I guess I’m sol like many others on this site. So, here’s my question: why post your jigs on here all the time if you’re not looking to sell to other members on WB? I’m sure your elite clientele list already know what you make and the effort you put into your jigs. You’re obviously very good at what you do and you’ve probably forgotten more about jig fishing than what I know. Just confused on why you keep posting your baits but, won’t expand your clientele list just a bit. Just my 2c.

ahine Im not a advertiser on this website so I dont take business form other advertisers its not right to do so in any business.
And yes your right I am very good at what I build that's a fact.
Everything that ive build from 1977 to now is original The puffball jig the Lion collar jigs both early 80s And mop jigs 7" to 8" skirted jigs
from late 70' thur 80s
I also tie a skirt forward umbrella skirt when flip over has maximum flare for several jig
applications. Ive been doing that since the early 90s
I also build Buzzbaits Spinnerbaits and Blade baits I find it much easier to build for myself and my customers it keeps me and them happy.
I see your unhappy about what I do here. Is it hurting you that I show my pictures.
Again you can build these same jigs and lures with some know how.

Thanks for the reply @ jiggin4 bass! No, it doesn’t hurt my feelings that you post your pictures. I enjoy viewing them. Thanks for the clarification and I meant no harm in my post. Just confused as to why guys get turned down when they inquire about purchasing some baits. Didn’t realize you were a one man operation. Thanks

so funny i could open my jig box and the colors and styles are side by side with you. I see you have spent some time with Cooch and Barrack. Bobby's theories of the mylar strands when it comes to spinnerbaits and jigs :D

Color patterns and round rubber runs strong. i would love to know where you got those red rattles.

Pretty sure I ordered the rattles from either Lure Parts or Barlows. Dee made a comment in his old flipping video that when bass are feeding on sight he likes to gives them a definite target right in the center of his jigs. Plus a bit of red never hurts https://www.lurepartsonline.com/Jig-Skirt-Rattles

Yeah, the flashabou was a Sapp thing when he was using Triple Rattle Back jigs. Rodstrainer also offers flash in their flipping/pitching jigs.... I swear by it in dirty water

Both Troyce and Mark were kind enough to teach me how they tie jigs years ago... sure saves a lot of $ and you get exactly what you want

Weapon jigs had that same target. I forget what you call it but it is red pipe cleaner wrapped around hook shank in the form of a ball
chenille Used to make egg patterns for fly fishing same stuff

Ill show how to achieve the same target by tying the colors in round rubber in the throat of the jig in either round rubber or silicone skirted jigs. Its easy to do.

The first pro/am I ever fished, somewhere around 2000, I drew Cooch on Day 1 and he did the same thing (creating a center target). He tore off a couple 1/2" pieces of bright pink yamamoto plastic and we threaded them onto the hook jig hook shanks before adding trailers. Back then I was using the Rattlin Weapon jig (brown/red/black with flat rubber was my fav). Cooch said he was using the old Kornhauser design (this was before Wadda), I think he called it the RB jig but I could be mistaken

We sucked that day but he also introduced me to fluorocarbon for the first time so it was a good learning experience

Don told me at one time he had right around 300 lbs of square brown regular grade rubber and 150 lbs. of black square regular grade
rubber when his guy that was making his jigs for him.
That rubber was the best for tying my puffball jigs both in reg and fine grade back in the day

It was Korny's RB Jig that he based the Wadda off of. I have two rusted out RB jigs that Cooch gave me the first time i met him and i still keep my used senkos or worms and thread them on when using chunck style flipping trailers.

I do inside colors in spring time in orange craw purple, blue, red, pink, like reversing the colors to the outside base. The bass pick up on the base colors when bed fishing. I like using pro cure crawdad gel on the silicone pods inside & outside.
