Buyer alert on rod purchases

Just a heads up to be careful who you buy rods from. A lesson I learned and want to pass it on. Make sure the seller is a long time member of Western Bass. Use to be you could buy from fellow members with confidence but scammers have snuck in. If they want to get paid by pay pal do not pay if it is for friends and relatives as you have no recourse. Just be careful as I just dodge another scammer on a rod. Also make sure they are in CA. Maybe should have posted this in the regular section but just wanted to give a heads up to everybody buy rods and reels>
