Very clean for a used Shrapnel! I just got it serviced last week by @Reel_Tweeks in SoCal. Mechanically 10/10 and is smooth as butter. Cosmetically 9/10, with a few small scratches, but definitely not rashed.
Asking $300 and I'll ship it to your door, with insurance and tracking.
