Thursday April 25:
Early bird check in at Ace hardware Thursday 1 to 3PM 3100 Main Street Ste 266 Oakley CA 9456 – bring your Tackle Warehouse receipts for the contingency
Tournament check in 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM @ Big Break Marina – be sure to bring your Tackle Warehouse receipts- provide a Tackle Warehouse receipt dated with 30 days of check in for a chance at the random $500 or $250 contingency prize
Non Mandatory Pre-Tournament meeting at BAM trailer 6:30 to 7:30 and also live on Zoom (link will be sent)
Liability waver, W-9 sent via text on Wednesday
Text with partner draw and flights sent Thursday around 7pm.

5AM Boat check at the BAM release boat in Big Break Marina (all boats must go through boat check)
Blast off at safe light (time announced at the pre-tournament meeting)

Weigh in starts about 3PM

Award the Tackle Warehouse contingency winners during weigh in (must be present to win)
Top 20 (or money line) announced directly after weighing in (top 20 must be present for draw)
Sunday April 28:
Blast off safe light*
Afternoon check in at the BAM Boat – 5 MPH buoy – Big Break Marina
Weigh in starts about 3PM
Award the Bass Boat Technology contingency
Award the Garmin contingency
Crown a Champion and pay the field shortly after Sunday’s weigh in.
– Boat check will each morning at the Live Release boat (times will be announced at the pre-tournament meeting)
– National anthem and morning blast off will be at the 5 MPH buoy from the BAM boat.

On staff first aid: Mark Lassagne, Red Cross First Aid Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED trained.

Official housing for our Delta events is the Best Western Hotel in Oakley 5549 Bridgehead Rd, Oakley, CA 94561. Discounts will be provided for BAM anglers during practice and the event. Discounted rates will be available starting Monday April 15th. Please call the hotel direct to facilitate the discount. 925-755-1222 let them know you are fishing the BAM Trail event. Discounts WILL NOT be applied if you used a service to book the room, you may cancel your booking and call the hotel direct for the discount.
