Lawsuit filed for Delta tunnel

Our colleagues at Central Delta Water Agency and several environmental groups have filed an important lawsuit against the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) for not compelling the Department of Water Resources to apply for a water rights extension for the tunnel. This lawsuit along with the Delta Tribal Environmental Coalition's Title VI Complaint demonstrates that the SWRCB is violating multiple codes and laws by moving forward with hearings for the Delta tunnel.

I am happy to hear some legitimate opposition to the project. Gavin Brown is ruining this state with no challenges from voters. STOP THE TUNNEL...!!!
