you all seeing inventory shortages at tackle shops?

I am unclear on what is happening at my local Cotati fishing store. they could move the entire store into a building 75% smaller and it would work. the shelves are bare. (they do keep me happy in Senko #925)

thankfully, I work in Fairfield CA, and there is a a competitor there with a healthier vibe and inventory.

example: I havent seen a Owner Haymaker hook in 3-ought in a long long time. I don't think we are at the "toilet paper" event yet, but come on!! today, I am going thru my own fishing inventory with an empty box. terminal gear and plastics that I simply don't use are going bye-bye. I know exactly what I like and what works for me. when the Haymaker went AWOL., I tried other hooks that were MEH to me. they go into the box.
