12/5 MELONES LAST UPDATE! Melones canceled! I received a phone call from the Rangers today, informing me that they were pulling my permit and closing the lake on Saturday I know a lot of of you pre-fished and. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and we are currently working on rescheduling.

11/30 MELONES UPDATE! I received a phone call from the Melones ranger today, indicating a strong possibility that the lake will be closed before this weekend. Although nothing is yet definitive, we have been informed that a final decision will be made by Wednesday. At that point, we will reassess the situation and determine whether to cancel the tournament. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Well at least river rat is putting one on tomorrow at Pedro for all of us that were geared up for melones!
