Mobil mechanic?

Im looking for a mobil outboard mechanic that is experienced in older mercury efi outboards. I have a 1998 200hp. Preferably close to the Sacramento area. Any referrals or suggestions? I need a sea star hydraulic steering seal replaced and don't have the tools to do it along with a few other things..

Sounds like you're doing the right thing looking for someone specialised — those older Mercury EFI outboards definitely need a mechanic who knows what they’re doing. Hopefully someone local can point you in the right direction.
